It is anticipated that this research will have the following benefits for the participating schools:

1. The principals and teachers will have a better understanding of how the e-learning pilot has been implemented and its impact on students’ information literacy.
2. The principals and teachers will have a better understanding of the impact of different factors and strategies on the effectiveness of e-learning implementation in the schools.
3. The research findings will shed light on which aspects of the e-learning design at the subject integration level has impact on students’ learning behavior and learning outcomes.
